These farms are designed to minimise impact, use resources carefully, and support the ecosystems around them. It’s a more balanced way of farming, and it aligns with how we believe things should be done.

We’re also selective about who we work with. Our partner farms follow clear standards around cleanliness, feed quality, and overall farm management. We keep close relationships with them so we know those standards are being maintained, not just promised.

Another important part of this is transparency. We don’t think sourcing should be vague or hidden. If you’re buying from us, you should feel confident that the product has been handled properly from start to finish.
