Shipping and returns Policy

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

Change of mind:
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at Purrfectcollections23@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and your order details.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the extent of the damage:

  • Full refund: A full refund may be issued, and the item may need to be returned to us. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • Partial refund: You may choose to keep the item and receive a partial refund.
  • Replacement: A replacement item will be sent at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the condition of the item.

Important:

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted
  • Items must not be intentionally damaged or misused
